The 2020 event has been postponed to Saturday, December 5, 2020 at Asian American Resource Center, 8401 Cameron Rd, Austin, TX.
A family-friendly opportunity to shop local art, enjoy live entertainment by local musicians and performers, and participate in fun, hands-on arts activities and workshops.
Admission to the event is FREE with registration. Register through Eventbrite at this link. Onsite registration will also be available.
We ask that you register prior to the event so we can anticipate how many people will attend. You can register online through Eventbrite at this link. Onsite registration will be available at the entrance.
Parking is free. You can park onsite in AARC lot at 8401 Cameron Rd. If the AARC parking lot is full, overflow parking is available at 1520 Rutherford Lane Campus on the corner of Rutherford Ln and Cameron Rd, just before the entrance to AARC.
Yes, you can shop original collections of artwork and crafts handmade by the local artists. Collections include paintings, prints, photography, jewelry and accessories, glassworks, and ceramics.
Payments of cash or credit/ debit cards will be accepted directly by artists.
Yes, there will be local food vendors onsite with snacks and beverages available for purchase.
Participants are local and regional artists and performers who represent a wide variety of artistic mediums, styles, and traditions. A complete list of participants can be found here.
Yes, the event is fun for all ages! In addition to shopping and live entertainment, there will be plenty of hands-on arts activities and workshops for kids and families to enjoy. Young children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
This event is welcoming and accessible to all with ADA designated parking available and wheelchair accessible paths and entrances to the AARC building.
Only certified service dogs with the proper paperwork and vest are allowed in the city facility.
Yes, strollers are allowed, but walkways may be crowded during high traffic times. Young children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Local artists are encouraged to apply to be a part of this event. Fill out an application at this link. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance by February 2020.
